Over the next 10 weeks your family will:
- Build mental strength
- Cook together with step-by-step kid-friendly recipes
- Create healthier eating habits
- Move more, sit less
- Set goals, build a healthier family
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- An individual family nutrition assessment with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
- 10 week program with a total of 20 healthy eating & emotional well-being lessons
- We meet once a week for a LIVE workshop
- Live workshops are hosted on Mondays at 1PM PT/4PM ET and 5:30PM PT/8:30 ET
- If you cannot attend live, the workshops will be recorded and you can watch them when it works for your schedule
- Design healthy meal plans
- Cooking demos, exercises and practical ways to build mental and physical healthy habits
- KidShape workbook filled with stress management tools, healthy recipes, meal ideas and many other wellness resources
- Each week will have two new topics with workbook pages to review and set goals
- Weekly goal setting
- Reward card for completing the program and the KidShape Scavenger Hunt
- Weekly KidShape Bingo
- Access to the KidShape Community to connect with other families
