What Families Are Saying:

Our daughter enjoyed this class very much. We are striving to make better food and exercise choices, and we believe this class really helped in that process.

Chuck W, parent

This class is awesome and my daughter loved it. It's interactive which is great; the kids had fun talking to the teachers and the other kids. The teachers are amazing and so knowledgeable. They have a great way of teaching Mindfulness in a fun way that kids can understand. I recommend KidShape 100%.

Shani T, parent

My sons had a fun experience talking about being mindful in life as well as food choices. The teachers do a great job with this class and we look forward to the next one!
