Meet your KidShape Coach:

Dr. Beth Braun, health psychologist

Dr. Beth Braun is a wellness expert, specializing in food addiction, nutrition, diabetes education and behavior modification, for over 25 years.  Dr. Braun received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology in 1998 from the Chicago School of Psychology and is certified in biofeedback and behavioral medicine.  In her private practice Dr. Braun works with children, adults, families and groups.    She works closely with her patients creating individual lifestyle plans and goals for increased exercise, intuitive eating and stress and anxiety management. Dr. Braun has led the behavior modification component for KidShape since the program started and developed curriculum to help fight type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes.  Dr. Braun has spoken internationally on emotional eating and has be included in media such as Newsweek magazine, 20/20 and Oprah.
